Overachiever ("we", "us", "our") operates the Overachiever application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Create an account (email address, display name, password)
• Create campaigns and add motivational content
• Configure delivery channels (Telegram, Discord, push notifications)
• Perform daily check-ins
• Subscribe to a paid plan (payment information is handled by Stripe)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Overachiever service
• Deliver scheduled motivational messages to your chosen channels
• Process your subscription payments
• Track your streaks and provide analytics on your consistency
• Generate AI-powered motivational messages when you request them
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets)

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Overachiever:

• Stripe — Payment processing. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — Push notification delivery. Device tokens are stored to deliver notifications. See Firebase Privacy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI message generation. When you use the AI generation feature, your campaign description and tone are sent to Anthropic's API to generate motivational messages. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram / Discord — Message delivery channels. When you connect these services, we store your channel identifiers to deliver messages.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
